The cheat says to change the shirt colors for specific skilled people. How do you do this?

The cheats are badly worded. Better would be to say: Assign all castaways w the same shirt colors to develop the same skill. Obviously, in the early stages of the game some skills will be developed that do not match the assigned code. Frankly, I don't think it's worth it. |
